
Nate Horwitz-Willis, DrPH, MPH, MPA
Dr. Horwitz-Willis (often referred to as Dr. Nate) is a Doctor of Public Health and received his training from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Fay W. Boozman (pronounced Bose-man) College of Public Health. He has professionally practiced in the field of Public Health for over a decade. He is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Public Health practice at MCPHS University. He concurrently serves as a Public Health Officer in the Massachusetts Air National Guard. He is the Founding Principal of Leliwop, brand that focuses on creating and sustaining healthy spaces and places where we ‘learn, live, work, & play’ across the globe.
His academic and practice experiences include humanitarian Public Health efforts, health policy & management, infectious disease analytics, and public health technology to promote and protect the health while preventing against disease threats and mitigating risk to communities and industry. He was recently inducted into the Delta Omega Public Heath Honor Society, in 2019 he was a Massachusetts Public Health Association ‘Rising Star’ awardee, is a member of the Beth Israel Health Board of Trustees and is a member of the National Association of Health Service Executives Greater Boston Chapter. He resides in Boston, MA.
