For the past three years she has been elected to serve on the Consumer Review Board Advocating as a full voting member (along with prominent scientist) for the Breast Cancer Research Program (BCRP) to determine how to spend $150 million for breast cancer research for FY 2018, 2019, & 2020, which was appropriated by the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP). Patricia has a great appreciation and passion for life which stems from her personal bout with breast cancer/auto immune disorder as well as a myriad loss of family members due to cancer including her spouse, leaving her a widow at the tender age of 48 years old. Through her coaching, she is able to guide others to explore the realms of possibilities that lie in wait for them to discover regardless of life’s disappointments. She has hosted countless seminars and events raising awareness on early prevention through fitness and nutrition. To add to her mission in life to educate others about the importance of living a healthy balance life in 2019 she decided to become a certified fitness instructor which has afforded her to launch a fitness program that caters to the whole person spirit, mind and body.
